Kanoos Residency was inaugurated on November 18, 2007 by the Hon. Agriculture Minister, Mr. Mullakkara Ratnakaran.

It has been the enduring vision of Mr. Kadar Pillai, Chairman and Managing Director, to establish a chain of successful hospitality ventures in Kerala / South India. The birth of Kanoos Residency is the first step towards the realisation of this dream. It is also an opportunity for us to prove our expertise in caring for you during your stay with us, which we also hope to emulate in future ventures that are currently in the making.

‘Pavithram and Aashiana’ are our endeavour to provide yet another unforgettable experience while you celebrate those extremely special moments in your life. Kanoos Residency provides exquisitely decorated banquet halls up to 600 seating capacity. Set in the divine surroundings of the Guruvayur Lord Krishna Temple, these halls with seating capacity of 300 and 600 people respectively, are ideal for your weddings, engagements, family get-togethers, conferences, parties such as birthdays, etc. and more traditional functions such as ‘choru oonu’ and ‘arangettam’.

Halls are fully air-conditioned which ensure that all our guests are comfortably relaxed, all set to enjoy the festivities.
